Rollei Retro 400S is a panchromatic, black and white film, with extended red sensitivity. It is noted for having higher than normal contrast with moderate grain.  It is based on an aerial surveillance film and its extended red sensitivity helps it reduce haziness from normal atmospheric conditions.  It can be a great film for using on sunny days, particularly if you want crisp, contrasty images of distant landscapes.
