Returns & Exchanges

At Fred Aldous, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative supplies; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected for transit, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return address label to the outside of your package and send it back to us using a tracked postal service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
